This project provided a mix of twenty townhouses and twenty-eight stacked (two bedroom unit over two bedroom unit) townhouses along the energetic Pickett Street corridor. The significant grade change across the site provided a unique opportunity to step each building segment, creating beautiful rooftop vistas, while adequately accommodating pockets of vegetated open space.
