Canal Center Plaza

This project included surveying, engineering and professional consulting services relating to the landscape and plaza renovations for a commercial complex located along the Potomac River. Due to the plaza being located above a parking garage, pervious pavement was retrofitted onto the existing concrete slab structure to address stormwater management.  Additionally, portions of work were located within environmentally sensitive areas (Resource Protection Area) which required special application submittals and mitigation design.
