Del Ray Place

In collaboration with City guidelines and client expectations, the existing underutilized property was developed into a 5-story, mixed-use building consisting of approximately 3,000 square feet of retail and 49 residential condominium units in the bustling Del Ray neighborhood. The project included structured parking, outdoor retail patio space, and streetscape improvements incorporating Art Deco architecture consistent with the style along the Mount Vernon Avenue corridor. Additionally, approximately 400 linear feet of storm sewer was installed within the congested Avenue. RCF worked closely with the client, contractor, and City to navigate unforeseen infrastructure conflicts in order to complete the improvements and achieve project goals.
