East Boulevard Drive Shore Stabilization

RCF provided shoreline stabilization design and grading plan preparation associated with the development of numerous properties along the Potomac River to include dock construction and living shoreline. Tasks included Joint Permit Applications, permitting through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wetland Boards and Virginia Marine Resource Commission applications and permits.
