EZ Storage

This development included a self-storage facility located along the Wheeler Avenue Industrial Corridor. In addition, the project retained the historic mill building on the site for office use.  The site was designed to position the building closer to the front of the parcel to allow for significantly more restoration of the Resource Protection Area at the rear of the property. An innovative bubbler system was designed to address erosion concerns regarding runoff into the adjacent creek.
