R.C. Fields & Associates, Inc. (RCF) is an award-winning full service Site Engineering, Land Surveying and Land Use Planning firm located in the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
As Urban Land Development Specialists since 1986, RCF has established and maintained a reputation for meeting high standards of quality in the field of Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Land Use Planning for over 35 years.
Our projects span both the public and private sectors, from single lot residential development through to commercial urban re-development, subdivisions, public works improvements, educational redevelopment projects and more.
RCF is committed to supporting and fostering sustainable and environmentally low-impact development which meets or exceeds current Federal, State and Local standards. Many of our projects have achieved LEED Certification and we continue to work to integrate environmental protection considerations into our working practices.

Our staff includes registered Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, plus technician and administrative support, bringing to the firm a variety of design experience and resources for accomplishing project tasks. Our registered Designated Plan Examiners (DPE) also assist in expediting the site plan review process and shortening the overall plan approval time significantly.
