DGS DHS Permanent Supportive Housing

In support of their initiative to ending homelessness, RCF provided design and permitting services for the DC Department of General Services for a twenty-six unit residential building. To address stormwater management, green roof, bioretention facilities, and pervious pavement were utilized that allowed banking of stormwater credits for use on other DC Government projects.
