Episcopal High School – Health & Wellness Center & Dormitories

R.C. Fields & Associates, Inc. provided comprehensive land surveying and civil engineering services for Episcopal High School’s construction project, which included infrastructure improvements, a new Health & Wellness Center, and two dormitories. Services included construction stakeout for grading, utilities (storm, sanitary, water, electric, and gas), hardscape features, and building footprints. Certified wall checks, elevator pit staking, and building grid layouts were provided to support accurate construction. R.C. Fields & Associates, Inc. also prepared as-built drawings for occupancy and bond release, performed stormwater management certifications, and provided construction administration support as needed. These efforts helped ensure regulatory compliance, precise site execution, and seamless coordination throughout the project.
