Hillview Subdivision

The proposed project entails a full suite of surveying and civil engineering services to support the development of a 20-lot residential subdivision located at 6403 Hillview Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia. The scope includes an engineering site analysis to determine optimal grading, road layout, utility placement, and stormwater management design. Boundary and topographic surveys—both onsite and offsite—will provide detailed existing conditions to support subdivision planning. Deliverables include metes and bounds descriptions, a subdivision plan compliant with Fairfax County requirements, and stormwater management calculations addressing both detention and water quality standards. Additional services include outfall analysis, tree conservation and preservation planning, preparation of required public notices, and the creation of a record plat documenting easements and dedications.
