The project involves the comprehensive surveying and civil engineering services required for the development of a 4-acre property located at 8734 Lukens Lane, Alexandria, Virginia. R.C. Fields & Associates, Inc. will support the client, Kessler Real Estate Group, LLC, through all stages of the site’s subdivision and development process, including boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision and grading plans, stormwater management, outfall analysis, and tree preservation planning. The project will utilize Fairfax County’s expedited review program through the Engineers & Surveyors Institute (ESI), streamlining approvals from both the County and VDOT. The scope also includes preparation of VPDES permits, public notices, record plats, and VDOT permit coordination, with ongoing project management and client support to ensure regulatory compliance and timely approvals for future residential development.
