Valley Road

This project involves comprehensive surveying and civil engineering services to support the residential subdivision and development of two parcels located at 11721 & 11801 Valley Road in Fairfax, Virginia. R.C. Fields & Associates, Inc. will manage the project through Fairfax County’s expedited ESI review process to streamline approvals. Services include a full boundary and topographic survey, subdivision and grading plans, stormwater management design, WQIA for Resource Protection Areas, and the preparation of necessary public notices, permits (including VPDES), record plats, and as-built plans. The project will also include outfall analysis, pavement design revisions, and ongoing project management and coordination with the County and design team. This comprehensive approach ensures regulatory compliance and an efficient development timeline for the client, Kingston Royce Homes, LLC.
