The project entails comprehensive surveying and civil engineering services to support the redevelopment of a key urban parcel. R.C. Fields & Associates, Inc. will oversee the entire scope, beginning with a detailed boundary and topographic survey and progressing through conceptual planning, preliminary development site planning (DSP/DSUP), and final site plan preparation. The work includes zoning compliance, utility coordination, stormwater and environmental management, and tree preservation, all guided through the City of Alexandria’s expedited plan review program by a certified Designated Plans Examiner (DPE). The firm will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including city agencies, architects, and consultants—ensuring streamlined approvals and design integration. The result will be a technically sound, regulation-compliant development designed to support Alexandria’s urban planning and environmental standards.
