Bright Horizons National Landing

For this project RC Fields & Associates provided civil engineering and surveying services for the Bright Horizons child care facility at National Landing in Arlington, Virginia. The project involved redevelopment of an urban site to accommodate a new early education center and outdoor play areas within an active mixed-use environment. RCF prepared detailed survey and site development plans, designed grading and drainage solutions, and coordinated utility connections to support the facility’s operational needs. The team also assisted with Arlington County permitting and land disturbance approvals, helping deliver a safe, functional, and code-compliant site that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding National Landing community.
