Fairfax Church of Christ

RC Fields & Associates provided surveying, civil engineering, and entitlement support services for the Fairfax Church of Christ located on Rugby Road in Fairfax, Virginia. The project involved preparation of a detailed boundary and topographic survey and development of site planning documents to support a Special Exception Amendment and rezoning application with Fairfax County. RCF assisted the church in evaluating site constraints, including grading, stormwater management, and tree preservation requirements, while coordinating the incorporation of future improvements such as a planned gymnasium addition. Additional services included preparation of a Generalized Development Plan, certified plats and legal descriptions, and supporting technical documentation required for County review. Through careful planning and coordination with the client and local agencies, RCF helped position the property for future expansion while ensuring compliance with Fairfax County zoning and environmental regulations.
