Arden at McLean Subdivision Floodplain Study

Preparation of a Floodplain Study for Difficult Run, a watershed with a contributing drainage area of approximately 200 acres, and Resource Protection Area (RPA) Delineation Plan. Submission and approval of the Floodplain Study and RPA Delineation Plan permitted the development of Arden at McLean; a 104 lot subdivision plan and associated road improvements.
