Auburn Village Condominiums

This project involved a comprehensive site drainage investigation and engineering assessment for the Auburn Village Condominium community located on East Glebe Road in Alexandria, Virginia. R.C. Fields & Associates conducted topographic and boundary surveys, utility location services, and detailed field evaluations to identify existing drainage deficiencies contributing to water intrusion and flooding conditions across the property. The engineering team analyzed the performance and capacity of the existing storm drainage infrastructure, coordinated with the design team and local officials, and prepared an assessment report outlining recommended improvements. Proposed solutions included grading adjustments, upgrades to drainage conveyance systems, and stormwater management strategies intended to mitigate recurring drainage issues and improve long-term site performance.
