Supporting the development of townhomes on North West Street in Alexandria, this project encompassed a combination of site design, utility coordination, and construction-phase services. R.C. Fields & Associates prepared detailed site plans through the DSUP process, addressing grading, stormwater management, and overall site layout, while also advancing targeted design elements such as dry utility ductbank systems and associated easement plats. As the project progressed, the team provided Minor Site Plan Amendments to accommodate evolving design changes, including utility relocations, material updates, and elevation adjustments. During construction, RCF delivered comprehensive surveying and construction administration services, including stakeout, utility layout, as-built documentation, and final certifications to support occupancy and bond release through the City of Alexandria.
