Located at the corner of Pitt and Oronoco Streets in Alexandria, Virginia, this project involved civil engineering support for site improvements on a constrained urban parcel. RC Fields & Associates prepared grading and erosion control plans, stormwater management documentation, and a tree preservation plan to meet the City of Alexandria’s environmental and permitting requirements. The firm also developed a Special Use Permit plat to support zoning approval and coordinated with the project team and City staff to navigate the entitlement process. RCF's work helped enable thoughtful site enhancements while addressing the technical and regulatory challenges associated with development in a historic urban setting.
