Situated in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, the project involved specialized surveying services to support the conversion and documentation of a multi-unit residential property. RC Fields & Associates prepared preliminary and final condominium plats and plans in accordance with Virginia Code requirements, establishing accurate unit boundaries and identifying common and limited common elements within the building. The firm also conducted detailed as-built field surveys to verify building dimensions, parking areas, and structural components to ensure proper recordation of the condominium declaration. In addition, RCF provided boundary and topographic survey updates and assisted with preparation of permit plats to support site improvements and regulatory approvals, helping facilitate the successful establishment of the condominium property.
