City House Old Town

This project involved providing civil engineering and surveying services for a property located on King Street in Alexandria, Virginia. R.C. Fields & Associates prepared a physical improvement survey and partial topographic survey to document existing site conditions and support future development efforts. The scope also included the preparation of a minor site plan amendment in accordance with City of Alexandria zoning and permitting requirements, addressing proposed architectural and site layout modifications. In addition, RCF provided ongoing project management services, coordinating with the owner, design team, and local jurisdiction to facilitate approvals and ensure the project progressed efficiently through the review process.
