Royal Restaurant

The Royal Restaurant project involved the redevelopment of a historic Alexandria landmark, supporting its transformation into a revitalized dining destination while preserving its character. R.C. Fields & Associates provided surveying and entitlement support services, including boundary and topographic surveying and preparation of a Minor Site Plan Amendment in accordance with City of Alexandria requirements. The project included exterior and site improvements such as enhanced outdoor seating and updated site elements, all coordinated to align with the approved Special Use Permit. Through a streamlined approach and close coordination with the project team, the site was successfully positioned for continued use and long-term functionality.
