Darden Townhomes

This project provided land development services for a four-townhouse project located at 205 Duncan Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia. Commissioned by Old Creek Homes, the project included luxury townhomes in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, VA and the small parcel size presented an opportunity to utilize enhanced urban design principles to achieve the highest yield for the property and most efficient stormwater management design.  The small nature of the site also required specialized stakeout practices to ensure adequate information was provided to the contractor while keeping the required monumentation on site and out of the way of construction activities.
