DC FEMS

This project involved civil engineering services for the DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) facility located in Washington, DC. Working with WHS Architects, RCF prepared comprehensive site development plans to support facility improvements, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility coordination in accordance with District of Columbia agency requirements. The firm also developed erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater management design, and utility service connection plans to meet DC Water and Department of Energy and Environment standards. RCF coordinated with multiple District agencies and the project team throughout the permitting and approval process, helping ensure the successful advancement of the project while maintaining compliance with local environmental and infrastructure regulations.
