Hunting Crest Lane

This project involved providing comprehensive surveying and civil engineering services for a residential property located on Hunting Crest Lane in Fairfax County, Virginia. R.C. Fields conducted a boundary and topographic survey to document existing site conditions, including tree locations, contours, and available utility information, to support the design of proposed improvements such as a pool, pool house, and patio areas. Building on this, the team prepared a detailed grading plan in accordance with Fairfax County requirements, incorporating erosion and sediment control measures, Chesapeake Bay Act considerations, stormwater management calculations, and overall site development coordination. Additional support included project management and coordination with the owner and local agencies to ensure a smooth approval process and successful project execution.
