Majesty West Townhomes

R.C. Fields & Associates provided civil engineering and land development services for the Majesty West Townhomes, a 22-unit infill residential community located in Alexandria, Virginia. Working within a constrained urban site in Old Town, RCF delivered comprehensive site design, including grading, stormwater management, and utility coordination to support multi-level townhomes with integrated garage parking. The project required careful navigation of existing infrastructure, limited staging space, and adjacent properties, along with close coordination with the City of Alexandria to meet all regulatory requirements. Through efficient design and strategic planning, RCF helped transform the site into a functional, high-quality residential development that complements the surrounding urban fabric.
