Wolf Street House

R.C. Fields & Associates provided civil engineering services for the development at 401 Wolfe Street in Alexandria, Virginia, supporting the construction of a custom residential property within Old Town. Unlike larger-scale infill projects, this effort centered on a single-lot redevelopment, requiring a highly tailored design approach to maximize usable space while maintaining compliance with City requirements. RCF developed targeted grading and utility solutions, addressed site access and constructability considerations, and integrated stormwater management within a limited footprint. The project reflects a focused, detail-oriented design process that enabled efficient redevelopment while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding historic streetscape.
