South Patrick Street Townhouses

The South Patrick Street Townhomes project in Alexandria, Virginia represents the redevelopment of multiple adjoining parcels into a cohesive residential community within Old Town. R.C. Fields & Associates provided civil engineering and land surveying services throughout the project lifecycle, supporting entitlement, design, and construction. RCF guided the project through the City of Alexandria’s approval process, including Development Site Plan submissions and permitting, while developing efficient solutions for site grading, utility infrastructure, and stormwater management in compliance with Chesapeake Bay Preservation requirements. The team also delivered construction-phase support through detailed stakeout and as-built surveying, helping ensure accuracy and coordination in the field. The completed project reflects a well-executed integration of design, approvals, and construction within a dense urban environment.
