Redevelopment project for two multi-unit buildings with leasable retail/restaurant space, associated surface parking, and streetscape improvements along the energetic Route 1/Potomac Yards corridor. Site layout design relates to the nearby art deco and industrial typologies of the Potomac Historic District and provides appropriate screening of surface parking from adjacent right-of-ways.
