Washington Commanders Practice Facility

The Washington Commanders Practice Field Renovations Project involves comprehensive surveying and civil engineering services for site improvements at 21300 Coach Gibbs Drive in Ashburn, Virginia. The project includes updating the boundary and topographic survey to reflect recent site changes, designing grading and erosion/sediment control plans for one turf athletic field, and ensuring proper stormwater management in compliance with Loudoun County regulations. Additionally, the project requires preparation of a VPDES permit and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for construction activities. R.C. Fields & Associates will also support the development of the site layout and coordinate with local authorities and project stakeholders throughout the design and approval process.
