Washington Golf & Country Club

In support of their renovation and low impact development initiative, RCF provided surveying and design services for the 120 acre country club.  Specific tasks included renovation of the entire golf course, a new maintenance facility and halfway house, as well as numerous proposed pathways to provide golf cart connectivity to and from each facility throughout the site. Redevelopment also included a massive stream restoration project to address significant erosion and deterioration of the Resource Protection Area and stream valley system.
