Yates Corner

RC Fields & Associates provided surveying and civil engineering services for the Yates Corner Addition, a redevelopment project located in Alexandria, Virginia. The project included preparation of boundary and topographic surveys, conceptual site planning, and full development of preliminary and final site plans in support of the Development Site Plan and Special Use Permit approval process. RCF's scope included grading and site design, stormwater management, utility coordination, tree preservation planning, and preparation of construction documents and bond estimates. Working closely with the owner, architect, and City of Alexandria staff, RCF helped guide the project through the entitlement and permitting process, ensuring compliance with local zoning and environmental requirements while supporting the successful advancement of the redevelopment.
