American Physical Therapy Association

In collaboration with Orr Partners, RC Fields & Associates supported the development of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. As part of the project team, RCF provided surveying, civil engineering, and site development services from early feasibility through final construction. The firm prepared conceptual and final site plans, developed grading and utility designs, and provided stormwater management and erosion and sediment control solutions in compliance with City of Alexandria requirements. RCF also assisted with permitting, regulatory coordination, and construction phase services, helping facilitate the successful delivery of this headquarters facility within the Potomac Yard redevelopment area.
